Since its origin Mezzanato has had the prefixed mission of meeting the production standards required by its customer base, gradually developing its production capacity of meat for specific segments of the market.
For the past several years it has also been oriented to the ethics and the spreading of a culture and practices to promote environmental sustainability through investments in renewable energy aimed at the restoration and enhancement of its biomass energy and the reduction of greenhouse gases emissions.
